Do you provide backups?

The short answer is, you are soley responsible for your backups.

We do however utilize R1Soft to backup any new data every four hours to remote servers for all shared hosting and reseller customers, however these are our backups so we can restore sites as needed, but you should NOT rely on our backups as a means to keep your data safe.  You can restore files from our backup via your cPanel control panel.  We recommend that you make regular backups via cPanel, and download these backups to keep your data safe.

We don't backup Dedicated, and Cloud servers.  How backups are done on those services are up to you, and we can provide you several options to choose from.
